If the phone was not found under the carrier service or Samsung service you can try this service. It has %80 success for not found models in Canada however it is slow.

New phones SOLD after November 2017 come factory unlocked in Canada, so don't waste your time submitting those phones.  They do not have codes. Note 8 Comes factory unlocked in Canada.

If you submit a phone that is already unlocked there will be no refund for that unless you provide a video that the showign the IMEI and the phone asking for an unlock code.   

Models before 2018 that are not found will be refunded automatically.
